The Rose Bay General
Store owners and operators are local residents, Anja and Christoph. They
worked very hard while growing the Lunenburg County based business for
the last two years. Situated next to Sand
Dollar Beach in Rose Bay, on the end of Kingsburg Road, the business has a completely
refurbished store interior with a comfortable new
sitting area, an impressive wine and beer display section which is part of the Nova
Scotia Liquor Commission (NSLC)
franchise which makes special orders upon request.
Their vision of a traditional village corner store is now a reality in
this vibrant beachside fairhaven community of Rose Bay, Nova Scotia. There
has been wooden shelves installed and nice display areas created. Establishment of
a small organic farmersí
market, fresh breads, unique foods and papers to available to order with a section
of floor space dedicated to where local art and crafts
are displayed featuring the Sand Dollar Beach experience.
The store is
ideally located in the heart of the Riverport Communities in Lunenburg
County, Nova Scotia, being surrounded by all the
beautiful nature, beaches and hiking trails that the area is renown for.
